Visitor Registration

The VMS provides a terminal where visitors can register and check-in. The system can include a building policy for visitors to digitally sign, and a badge or QR code can be printed. This badge typically includes:

• The visitor’s name
• A photo
• The date and time of the visit
• Any other relevant information

STid Bluetooth credentials can also be issued directly to a mobile device to allow access throughout the building.

Notifications

Managers, organisers or administrators are notified of the visitor’s arrival via email, text or other communication method. Hosts can also receive subsequent notifications as the visitor progresses through their visit, such as when they have completed their meeting and are ready to leave.

The visitor management system is fully integrated with the Sensor GuardPoint10 Software, ensuring they can only access approved areas.

Evacuation and Emergency Plans

The system can store information about visitors on-site, which can be crucial in emergency situations for evacuation purposes or to account for all individuals in the building. Clients can also benefit from our mobile fire muster app.

Visitor Data Collection and Reporting

The VMS gathers data on visitor traffic, including peak visiting times, popular destinations, and more. This data can be used for analysis and decision-making.

Customisation

Our visitor management software can be customised to provide a tailored sign-in process and design to suit your business. Furthermore, you can choose what information the system collects to suit your data collection and reporting requirements.

Visitor Pre-Registration

If needed, you can pre-register visitors, so they’re on the system before they arrive. This speeds up the check-in process and enhances security by allowing background checks to be conducted in advance.
