The Guard simply begins the tour on their device when they start their patrol, then scans pre-placed NFC tags as they complete their route. The application records the Guard’s location via GPS, with timestamps, to verify patrol coverage. The guard can also upload notes and photos directly within the application for incident reporting. Once the guard completes the tour a digital report is sent automatically for review and auditing purposes.
